Finally there is a tool that will help you track your recovery from addiction—any addiction.  iRecovery HD assigns recovery points for various recovery activities and then tracks and graphs your progress week by week.  You may add your own activities to truly customize your own recovery program. iRecovery HD lets you sync your application to the web, so you can continue your recovery on any other device you have iRecovery installed on. There are many other features including a Journal to record important notes and a daily affirmation counter. You can also easily track how long you have been in recovery the the Sober Calc. iRecovery Hd also allows you to send recovery status update emails to yourself, your sponsor and up to five other people who you choose.
